Subscription & Plans

StreetLoans runs on a subscription model: you start with a free trial and, once it ends, choose a plan to keep operating without limits. Daily operations run offline; internet is only needed to validate your subscription.


30-Day Free Trial

When you create your account, your business gets a 30-day free trial with access to the working features: customers, loans, collections, receipts, and reports. You do not need to register any payment method to get started.

During the trial you can evaluate the app with real data from your route. Everything you record is kept when you activate your subscription.


Checking Your Membership Status

You can review your access status at any time:

  1. Open the Settings tab.
  2. At the top, below your profile, you will see the Membership card, which shows:
    • Your current status (trial, active, or expired).
    • The remaining trial days, when applicable.
    • A button to activate or manage your subscription.

Activating a Subscription

When your trial is about to end —or whenever you want to activate sooner— tap the Membership card to open the plans screen:

  1. Review the available plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Prices are shown in the currency shown by Google Play.
  2. Select the plan that best fits your portfolio volume.
  3. Confirm the purchase. Payment is processed through Google Play on Android; StreetLoans never stores your card details.

Once confirmed, your subscription activates immediately and renews automatically according to the chosen plan, until you cancel it from your store.


Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, you can recover a subscription you already paid for:

  1. Open the plans screen from the Membership card.
  2. Tap Restore purchases.
  3. The app verifies your purchase with the store and reactivates your access.

Account Recovery & Phone Change

If you change or lose your phone, you do not lose your account or your subscription:

  1. Install StreetLoans on the new device and start the recovery process.
  2. The app sends a one-time code (OTP) to your verified contact (the registered email or phone).
  3. Enter the code to confirm your identity. Your account is re-linked to the new device and your active subscription becomes available again.
  4. Restore your portfolio from the cloud backup to recover customers, loans, and collections.

For security, an account operates on one device at a time. When you recover access on a new phone, the previous device's session is automatically revoked.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep collecting without internet? Yes. Daily operations are fully offline. The app validates your subscription in the background whenever it detects a connection.

What happens to my data if my subscription expires? Your data stays safe on the device. When you reactivate your subscription, you regain full access to keep operating.
