Business Profile
The Business Profile is your company's commercial identity inside StreetLoans. The details you set here are what get printed on the payment receipts, disbursement vouchers, and reports you hand to your clients, giving every document your own brand instead of a generic header.
The first time you open the app, you may be asked to complete your Business Profile before you can operate. This is a one-time initial setup step.
How to Open Your Profile
- Open the Settings tab from the navigation bar.
- At the top you will see your profile card, showing your initials, your name, and your business name.
- Tap the card to open the Business Profile screen.
1. Identity Details
Fill in the information that identifies your business:

| Display Name | Your name as the agent or owner (for example, the collector or administrator name). |
| Business Name | The commercial name of your company or route (for example, Créditos La Bendición). |
| Phone | Your business contact number, which will appear on the vouchers. |
| Country | Country of operation. It defines the currency format and the available Gota a Gota template catalogs. |
| Slogan | An optional short phrase for your receipts (for example, Your trusted financial partner). |
2. Receipt Visibility
Not every business wants to show the same information. Using the Receipt Visibility switches, you decide exactly which details are printed on each physical receipt:
- Show Display Name
- Show Business Name
- Show Phone
- Show Slogan
- Show Loan Start Date
- Show Loan End Date
- Show Interest Rate
Turn on only the ones you want. For example, you can show the business name and phone while hiding the interest rate on the receipt you hand to the client.
3. Report Visibility
Independently from receipts, you can control which identity details appear on reports (Business State and collection reports):
- Show Display Name
- Show Business Name
- Show Phone
- Show Slogan
This lets you, for example, hand out reports with your full business branding while keeping daily receipts simpler.
4. Saving Your Changes
When you are done, tap Save. The app will confirm that your profile was updated successfully, and the new details apply immediately to every document you print or export from that moment on.
