Reports & Business State
StreetLoans turns your daily collection history into clear, exportable reports without you having to keep books by hand. All the information is calculated locally on your phone, so reports work even with no internet connection.
Collection Reports
Collection reports summarize how much you have collected over a given period.
To generate a report:
- Open the Settings tab.
- In the System section, tap Reports.
- Choose one of the available options:
- Monthly summary — collections for the current month.
- Weekly summary — collections for the current week (Monday to today).
- Export monthly CSV — generates a
.csvfile of the month for your accounting.
What the report shows
Each summary presents the key metrics of the period:

| Period | The date range analyzed. |
| Total collected | Sum of every payment recorded in the period. |
| Transactions | Number of payments recorded. |
| Daily average | Average collected per day within the period. |
| Top customer | The client who contributed the most, with their amount and payment count. |
CSV Export
The Export monthly CSV option generates a file with the daily breakdown and the top customers, and shares it through your phone's share sheet (email, WhatsApp, storage, etc.). It is ideal for keeping books on a computer or handing them to a supervisor.
Business State
The Business State is a consolidated view of your portfolio's health that you can print or share as an account statement.
To open it:
- Open the Settings tab.
- In the System section, tap Business State.
Period Selector
At the top you can choose the date range to analyze:
- Today
- This Month (default)
- Last 6 Months
- All Time
- Custom (you set the start and end date)
The state recalculates automatically when you change the period.
Indicators included

| Capital Lent | Total capital disbursed during the period. |
| Capital Recovered | Capital paid back by clients. |
| Capital Outstanding | Capital still to be recovered. |
| Interest Collected | Interest actually collected. |
| Capital in Arrears | Capital tied to overdue installments. |
| Late Fees Generated | Late-fee charges accrued in the period. |
| Late Fees Collected | Late-fee charges actually collected. |
| Collection Fees Collected | Collection charges received. |
Print or Share the State
Tap Print to generate the ESTADO document in 58 mm thermal format (PDF). The same delivery sheet you use for receipts opens, from which you can:
- Share the PDF via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
- Print on your Bluetooth thermal printer (the option appears when you have a printer configured).
You do not need a connected printer to share the state as a PDF.
Home Dashboard
The Home screen complements reports with a quick view of your day: the portfolio indicator and a bar chart comparing disbursed capital versus recovered capital, so you can assess your operation's performance at a glance the moment you open the app.
