Notification Center

The Notification Center gathers the important events in your portfolio and the results of system processes, so you don't have to rely on remembering them.

Opening the center

Tap the Notifications icon in the app. You'll see the list of alerts, with unread ones marked as New.

If there are no alerts, the screen shows: "You have no new notifications." When an important process runs, it will appear here.

What kind of events appear

A typical example is the Late-fee calculation, which runs daily or on demand:

• Calculation completed with new late fees — shows the total late fees generated.
• Calculation completed with no new late fees — no late fees accrued in that period.
• Calculation error — the process could not complete; the detail is shown.

These alerts let you confirm that your portfolio's overdue status is up to date before heading out to collect.

Push notifications

Beyond the in-app center, StreetLoans can show push notifications to alert you of important results even when the app is not open.
