Privacy Policy

StreetLoans is developed by PinotechRD LLC, an entity registered in Florida, United States. This policy separates data that remains on the device from data that may be processed by our servers or providers for account, license, support, and optional features.
1. Local data under user control
Customers, collections, payments, installments, late fees, receipts, business profiles, and images entered by the user are stored exclusively and encrypted in the app's local database (SQLite with SQLCipher). These records are not transmitted to our servers and remain under your absolute control and responsibility.
2. Data, purpose, provider, and retention
The following table is the public retention baseline used to align the website, app disclosure, and Google Play Data Safety information.

4. International transfers and processing location
PinotechRD LLC is registered in Florida, United States. The processing of your account and subscription data is carried out through secure servers located in the United States (or the global infrastructure of our providers such as RevenueCat, or Resend). Financial data and collection history are processed and stored locally on your device and are never transferred internationally, as we do not collect them on our servers. You can request additional information by writing to privacy@pinotechrd.com.
5. Minors
StreetLoans is not directed to minors. Users must have the legal capacity required to use an administrative tool related to commercial activities under applicable law.
6. Account deletion
Server-side deletion requires a verified request. You can start the process from Account Deletion or by writing to privacy@pinotechrd.com. Before destructive deletion, StreetLoans may verify identity through an authenticated session, OTP, confirmation link, or another reasonable channel to prevent fraudulent requests.
Data stored only on your phone must be removed from the app, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app. Google Play subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.
