Privacy Policy

StreetLoans is developed by PinotechRD SRL, an entity incorporated in the Dominican Republic. This policy separates data that remains on the device from data that may be processed by our servers or providers for account, license, support, diagnostics, and optional features.

StreetLoans does not sell personal data. Core loan operations are stored locally on the device. Some features, such as verification, account recovery, support, billing, technical analytics, and backup sync, may require connectivity and external providers.

1. Local data under user control

Customers, loans, payments, partial payments, late fees, receipts, business profiles, and images entered by the user are stored mainly in the app's local database. These records are not automatically sent to StreetLoans unless a specific feature requires it or the user exports/shares them.

2. Data, purpose, provider, and retention

The following table is the public retention baseline used to align the website, app disclosure, and Google Play Data Safety information.

  • Email/phone: account, OTP, recovery, and support; retained while the account is active and deleted or anonymized after a verified request.
  • Android ID, installation ID, and IP: licensing, operational security, rate limiting, and diagnostics; technical logs are normally retained up to 30 days unless abuse investigation or legal obligations require otherwise.
  • License/subscription data: processed through Google Play Billing and, if configured, RevenueCat; retained while the commercial relationship exists and according to provider billing rules.
  • Analytics events: Google Analytics for Firebase; retained up to 14 months or the configured Firebase period.
  • Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics; retained up to 90 days unless provider settings differ.
  • Support and waitlist forms: retained up to 24 months from the last interaction.
  • Google Drive backups: retained in the user's own Google Drive until the user deletes them.
  • Backend data on GCP: retained while needed for service operation; operational backups rotate within up to 30 days.

3. External providers

StreetLoans may use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google Drive, and Google Cloud Platform. Provider policies: Firebase Privacy, Google Privacy, and Google Cloud Privacy.

4. International transfers and processing location

PinotechRD SRL is incorporated in the Dominican Republic, but Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Google Play, and Google Drive may process data outside the country. The backend should be configured in regions approved by the technical team. We use technical controls, HTTPS/TLS in transit, and provider data-processing terms where applicable.

5. Minors

StreetLoans is not directed to minors. Users must have the legal capacity required to use an administrative tool related to commercial and collection activities under applicable law.

6. Account deletion

Server-side deletion requires a verified request. You can start the process from Account Deletion or by writing to privacy@streetloans.app. Before destructive deletion, StreetLoans may verify identity through an authenticated session, OTP, confirmation link, or another reasonable channel to prevent fraudulent requests.

Data stored only on your phone must be removed from the app, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app. Google Play subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.
