Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the StreetLoans application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

1. Nature of the Service (Critical Notice)

StreetLoans does not lend money, does not approve credits, does not process bank transactions, and does not perform financial disbursements. It is solely and exclusively an administrative tool for recording and managing operations entered voluntarily by the user. The user is entirely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the platform.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on your compatible Android devices, subject to the payment of the corresponding subscription under the available plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) after your 30-day free trial period.

3. User Responsibility and Legal Compliance

As a user, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your lending and collection activities comply with all regulations in your country of residence, including legal interest rate limits (usury laws), business registration requirements, and applicable tax regulations. StreetLoans assumes no liability for any violations of these laws by its users.

4. Content Ownership and Data Custody

All operational information entered into the app is stored locally on your device and is under your custody. We do not perform automatic unencrypted cloud backups on our servers. You are responsible for keeping your encrypted local or Google Drive backups updated to prevent data loss in case of device failure, theft, or change.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription payments are processed through the Google Play Store billing gateway. Current rates are US$4.99 monthly, US$11.99 quarterly, and US$39.99 annually, which may vary by country due to local taxes and Google Play currency exchange rates. Cancellations must be managed directly from the subscriptions section of your Google Play Store account.

6. Limitation of Liability

StreetLoans is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted service or total risk elimination, although we apply encryption mechanisms and security controls designed to protect user information and reviewed as the application evolves. We will not be liable for financial losses, data loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application or device malfunction.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
