App Store Installation

This guide walks you through downloading and installing the StreetLoans mobile application from the official app stores on Android and iOS devices.

Android Installation (Google Play Store)

To install StreetLoans on your Android phone or tablet:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap the search bar at the top and type StreetLoans.
  3. Select the official StreetLoans application from the search results (look for our signature green logo).
  4. Tap the Install button.
  5. Once the download is complete, tap Open to launch the application.
  6. On first launch, the app will ask you for necessary device permissions:
    • Bluetooth: Required to discover and connect to your portable thermal receipt printer.
    • Camera: Required to snap clear photos of borrowers and their identification cards.
    • Notifications: Required to send you collection reminders and sync updates.
  7. Tap Allow for these requests to ensure the application works correctly in the street.

iOS Installation (Apple App Store)

To install StreetLoans on your iPhone:

  1. Open the App Store app on your device.
  2. Tap the Search icon in the bottom right corner.
  3. Search for StreetLoans in the top search bar.
  4. Select the official StreetLoans app.
  5. Tap Get (or the cloud download icon) and confirm using your Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password.
  6. Once the app finishes downloading on your home screen, tap it to open.
  7. Grant Bluetooth, Camera, and Notification permissions when prompted.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

  • App not found in store: Ensure your device is connected to the internet and that your Google Play Store or Apple App Store region matches the country where your financial organization operates.
  • Printer not connecting: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that you granted StreetLoans Bluetooth permissions under your phone's system settings.
  • Permissions disabled: If you accidentally tapped "Don't Allow" for permissions during first startup:
    1. Open your phone's Settings app.
    2. Scroll down and tap StreetLoans.
    3. Toggle Bluetooth, Camera, and Notifications back to allowed.
